If you need help with a VIP payment, renewal, cancellation, or card statement, choose the billing provider shown on your receipt or bank/card statement.
SegPay
If your card statement shows SegpayEU.com, your payment was processed by SegPay. Use SegPay customer service to look up the transaction, cancel a recurring subscription, update payment details, or request billing help.
PayPal
If you paid with PayPal, sign in to your PayPal account to review the payment or manage the subscription.
If you are not sure which provider processed your payment, contact V2PH support and include your account email, payment date, amount, and the billing descriptor shown on your statement. Do not send full card numbers.
