Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By visiting the Site, registering an account, purchasing a membership or continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, stop accessing and using the Site immediately.

- "Payment processor" means a third-party provider that handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, risk review or billing support, including SegPay, PayPal or another provider shown at checkout.
For these Terms, the following words have these meanings:
2. Service Provider and Contact Details
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: https://www.v2ph.com/
The Site is operated by V2PH.
3. Age Restriction, Adult Content Notice and Eligibility
- You meet the age required by applicable law.
- You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and use the Site.
- You will not allow minors to access your account or Site content.
- The laws of your location allow you to access the content offered by the Site.
- You voluntarily choose to access this type of content and do not find it offensive.
- You understand that the content may not be suitable for all audiences and you accept responsibility for accessing it.
The Site may contain artistic photography, swimsuit, lingerie, nudity or adult-oriented visual content suitable only for adults. The Site is only for users who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If your location requires a higher age threshold, you must meet that higher requirement.
By visiting the Site, confirming your age, registering or purchasing membership, you represent and warrant that:
If you do not meet these age requirements or if the law prohibits you from accessing this type of content, leave the Site immediately.
4. Service Description
V2PH is a high-definition photography browsing and membership website. The Site provides public content, account features, favorites and browsing history, VIP membership access and related customer support. Some images, albums or functions may be available only to logged-in users or paid VIP users.
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue content or features at any time for business, security, copyright, technical or compliance reasons. We do not guarantee that all content will be available at all times, in every region or on every device.
5. Account Registration, Login Credentials and Security
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials and account secure.
- Not sell, transfer, share, rent or lend your account.
- Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.
You may need an account to access some content or purchase membership. You agree to:
Membership and login credentials are licensed only to the individual user who registered or purchased the account. You must not disclose, share, publish, sell, rent or transfer login credentials to any other person or entity. Unauthorized access to the Site violates these Terms and may violate applicable law.
You are responsible for all activity through your account. We may record access through logs, security systems or other reasonable technical means to protect the Site, payment processors, rights holders and other users.
6. VIP Membership, Prices and Access Rights
The Site may offer monthly or fixed-term VIP membership. Membership price, term, available content, payment method and promotions are shown on the purchase page. Before submitting payment, review the order page carefully, including membership duration, price, currency, whether renewal is automatic and payment processor information.
VIP access usually starts after successful payment and confirmation by the payment processor. Activation may be delayed because of risk review, banking processing, blockchain confirmation, network delay or another third-party reason.
VIP membership gives you only a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable access license. Purchasing membership does not transfer ownership of any image, text, trademark, data or other content.
7. Payment Authorization, Billing Descriptor and Third-Party Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including SegPay, PayPal or another provider shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary by region, risk rules, product type or processor requirements.
Your card, payment account, bank statement or card statement may show a billing descriptor such as SegpayEU.com or a similar descriptor. The descriptor may not contain the name "V2PH". Please confirm before payment that you understand and accept how the charge may appear.
By submitting payment, ticking a payment confirmation box or completing a payment processor confirmation step, you authorize us and/or the relevant payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the price, term, currency, tax and renewal rules shown at checkout. You confirm that you are the lawful holder of the payment method or have authority to use it.
For payments processed by a third-party processor, you must also comply with that processor’s terms, privacy policy, payment confirmation, fraud review, refund rules and subscription management process. A processor may refuse, suspend, cancel or refund a transaction for legal, risk, anti-fraud, age-verification, regional or compliance reasons.
After successful payment, the payment processor usually sends an electronic receipt to the email address used at checkout. Keep this receipt for transaction lookup, cancellation or billing support.
8. Recurring Billing, Cancellation and End of Access
If the purchase page clearly states that a membership plan renews automatically, you authorize us or the designated payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.
You may cancel recurring billing before the next renewal date through your account subscription page, the processor’s subscription management tool or processor customer support. After a cancellation request becomes effective, future periods normally will not be charged. Your paid current membership period normally remains active until the end of that period unless processor rules or applicable law require otherwise.
You may also email us for cancellation assistance, but to avoid the next charge you should submit the request as early as possible and provide enough information to locate the transaction. We cannot guarantee that a request submitted shortly before renewal will be processed before the renewal occurs.
If you cannot identify the processor, visit the Site billing support page or contact [email protected] with your account email, payment date, amount and billing descriptor. Do not send full card numbers.
9. Refund Policy
- Duplicate charge.
- Successful payment but membership access was not correctly activated.
- Verifiable technical error that made the service unavailable.
- Unauthorized payment with required evidence.
- Refund required by applicable law or processor rules.
Because the Site provides immediately accessible digital content and membership services, paid membership that has been activated is generally non-refundable unless applicable law or payment processor rules require otherwise.
We will review refund or billing assistance requests in reasonable cases such as:
When requesting a refund, provide your account email, payment date, amount, processor order or transaction number and a description of the issue. We may require verification through the payment processor. Approval, refund route and timing may depend on processor, bank or card network rules.
If approved, refunds normally return only to the original payment method. We do not refund by cash, check, another card, another account or a non-original payment path unless required by law or processor rules.
10. Chargebacks, Fraudulent Transactions and Risk Controls
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us or the relevant processor as soon as possible so the transaction can be reviewed. Malicious chargebacks, fraudulent refund requests, false unauthorized-use claims or abuse of dispute processes may lead to account suspension, membership termination, invalid login credentials, refusal of future transactions or payment information being used by processors to prevent further unauthorized use.
If your transaction is returned, charged back or reversed by a bank, card network, payment processor or other financial institution, you remain responsible for lawful charges, services accessed before reversal and processing costs allowed by law. We and the processors may take lawful steps to collect amounts owed, prevent fraud or protect service security.
11. User Conduct Rules
- Use the Site for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, threatening or improper purposes.
- Copy, download, scrape, bulk-save, repost, sell, rent, distribute or publicly share Site content unless expressly permitted.
- Bypass login, VIP limits, access frequency limits, regional restrictions, captcha, technical protection or security mechanisms.
- Use bots, crawlers, scripts, bulk download tools or other automated methods to access the Site.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with servers, networks, security systems or user experience.
- Impersonate others, falsify identity, steal accounts or attempt unauthorized access.
- Post, request or distribute content involving minors, non-consent, violence, coercion, illegal conduct or obvious infringement.
- Use the Site to evade age restrictions, regional restrictions, payment risk controls or legal compliance.
You agree not to:
If we detect a violation, we may restrict access, suspend or terminate the account, cancel membership, delete relevant data and when necessary report the matter to payment processors, hosting providers, law enforcement or rights holders.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its page design, marks, logos, code, databases, text, images, arrangement, categories, membership features and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other laws. Unless stated otherwise, Site content is only for your personal, non-commercial, private viewing.
You may not copy, modify, translate, republish, sell, rent, create derivative works, publicly display, mirror, scrape or otherwise exploit Site content without authorization.
13. Third-Party Content, Links and Payment Pages
The Site may include third-party websites, payment pages, customer support pages or external links. These third-party services are controlled by their operators. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, payment processing, customer support or availability. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
14. Copyright Complaints and Content Issues
- Your name, contact information and rights-holder status.
- The specific URL of the complained-of content.
- The work or evidence of rights you rely on.
- The action you request.
- A statement that your notice is true and accurate and that you accept legal responsibility for it.
If you believe Site content infringes your copyright, image rights or other lawful rights, contact [email protected] and provide:
We will reasonably review complete notices and may take action according to applicable law, platform rules and the circumstances.
15. Privacy and Data Processing
We process personal information according to the Site Privacy Policy, including account information, login information, payment-related information, device information, access records, support communications and necessary security logs. Third-party payment processors independently process information needed for payment. Read the Privacy Policy for more details.
16. Availability and Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain service stability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, permanent or fully suitable service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by use or inability to use the Site, third-party payment services, network failure, data loss, unauthorized access, content changes, regional restrictions or other indirect causes.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profit, data loss, business interruption, loss of goodwill or third-party claims.
If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Site service during the six months before the dispute or the minimum liability limit allowed by applicable law, whichever is higher.
18. Suspension and Termination
If we believe you violated these Terms, law, processor rules, copyright requirements or security rules, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access, cancel membership, refuse future purchases or take other necessary action.
You may stop using the Site or contact us about account matters. After termination, you remain responsible for payments, violations, indemnity obligations and other liabilities arising before termination.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for business, legal, processor or security reasons. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site and become effective when posted or on the effective date stated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting non-excludable consumer protection rights in your location. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through customer support. If not resolved, disputes may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction.
